Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process was composed of multiple phases. As a person recruited through their University, I made contact with their recruiters at the semesters "meet the firms" event. I spoke and did short group conversations with associates and upper leadership. I ended the meeting by collecting emails and sent follow up emails. The next steps were to submit your online application that could have been submitted prior to the event. In the few weeks following, I was contacted by the regional recruiter to have a screening conversation over the phone. After this, I did a few basic online intelligence and memory tests that were easy to pass. Once I passed this stage I did a multiple question recorded interview. After this step, the final interviews were made up of back to back behavioral questions about the firms main values being the base of each question.
