Phone interview was behavioral, writing sample, then superday at office with several behavioral and case interviews. All interviews were behavioral, asking about culture fit and emphasis on teamwork. Case is less intense than MBB cases, focusing mainly on talking through a given client situation and how you would approach it. Takes a few weeks to get through the entire process because of the communications, etc., but overall positive, low-stress experience.
