Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I recruited off of campus, and applied online. It was a new program/role at the time so I set up an intro chat with one of the partners who was heading up the group and asked informational questions about the role and potentialities of interviews. I was selected to go through the interview process, which consisted of 3 different iterviews, all on one day. 1 behavorial, 1 technical, and 1 with a partner
