I originally came across EY's job description on my university's job database. I applied for an On-Campus Interview which went extremely well. The guy was very down to earth and was genuinely interested about what I had to say for myself and what I was looking for. This interview was mostly behavioral based questions and getting to know you type questions.

I passed that interview and was later invited to go to the office for a final interview. The night before they took us out to a pre-interview reception dinner at a nice local restaurant where we met some of the people who worked there and some other top people who we would be interviewing with the next day. The "Super Day" of interviews consisted of an intro, breakfast, question panel (not very serious. just asked current employees questions), a case study (not too difficult. gave you a case and you had to come up with a solution to the problem. I just performed a basic SWOT analysis and validated my reasoning and thought process). Then we had one more behavioral interview and then a closing speech and lunch. Overall the interview process was very efficient and the people I interviewed with were very genuine and welcoming.
