Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had two rounds of interviews with E&Y. The first round of interview was with HR people. They have asked me some general questions regarding my degrees and past job experiences. It was pretty conversational and easy. The second round of interview was with the partners in Tax. They were based in DC so we did a skype interview. They mainly asked about my past accounting experiences. It was harder than the first one with a fair amount of technical questions.
