Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview and hiring process and EY as an experienced hire consisted of 3 rounds of phone interviews (2 with HR and 1 with a senior manager). The questions asked was mostly behavioral in nature for the 1st round with subsequent rounds keying in on industry experience and consulting skills. The interviewers were all a part of the group that I eventually ended up joining and were very forthcoming with information about the types of engagements I could expect to find myself on should I join the firm.
