Initial contact will be made through their online portal. This applies even if you are using an internal referral. If you have an inside contact, HR will definitely review within 5 days; otherwise, could be between 2 weeks and never.

After being selected, there will likely be a phone interview by HR for general screening purposes. Just don't act like Patrick Bateman and you'll be fine.

Super day is scheduled afterward. Give or take, 1-3 months. Depends on when you dropped your application.

Super day is a royal $hitshow where you'll meet with about 3 people. All at the senior manager level or higher (partner level). It'll be a fairly random process because you won't know who you're meeting. 95% of the time it'll be purely personality based questions unless you have relevant experience in which case they'll ask about that in broad strokes.

Second round is scheduled within 2 weeks unless you knock it out of the park (or have another competing offer on the table). In that case, I have personally witnessed people getting offers within those 2 weeks.

Second round is almost for formality purposes. Rough guesstimate, I saw 90% of the people from second round once I started working.

Offers post second round are usually given within a week.
