Please describe the interview / hiring process.
From my experience the interview was not as important as networking. When EY holds events, students that stand out will be included in a list of names recruiters gather. Once you have impressed recruiters and/or professionals at events, the interview process becomes more of a formality. If you go into the interview feeling confident that you have presented yourself well at events, the interview will run smoothly. Just remember, if that if you get the opportunity to ask questions you can lead the interview. By asking questions regarding certain topics, you'll show the interviewer what your "honestly" interested in and take the pressure of the judgment from you to them. Make sure that you comment on their experience though. You have to remember this is still your interview.
