1 on 1 Interview

Recruiting begins at the beginning of first-year university. Campus recruitment attended various networking events and competitions. It is easiest to get an interview by striking up a conversation with a rep. If the conversation goes well, you may want to exchange business cards. This will likely lead to an interview.

2 back to back interviews are purely behavioral (one with HR, another with partner usually). Emphasis is on how resilient you are in stressful situations, and examples where you have exceled in a team environment.
