Staff Auditor

First got an invitation to interview on campus. Interviewed for approx a half hour with a senior manager. After following up with him regarding a few matters, I was invited back a week later for an office visit which took place a month after the second invitation. That interview consisted of meeting staff, and interviewing with 2-3 senior managers, and a group lunch after. Later that day, the recruiter called and extended me an offer with a general timeframe of starting in the summer to fall.

All of the interview questions were behavioral (Tell me about a time when....., etc) and there were a few basic ones about why do you want to do accounting, etc. Nothing challenging at all. The interviewers, recruiters, and staff were all pleasant and helpful and it was a very easy experience
