I applied through campus career website and got 1st round interview in one week. They emailed me to join "pre-night event", which is a networking event hold before interview. We got the chance to speak to interviewers and alumni. It was good to get some info before interview. But the interviewer was a little unhappy because everyone just surrounded her and put her on the spot. It was also an opportunity to impress the interviewer if you behaved well during the "pre-night" event. For advisory roles with EY, there is writing test similar to TOFEL writing test. The interviewer was a senior manager, she was nice and told me to contact her directly if no feedback form HR within one week. I thought she liked me after hearing this, but actually didn't get into next round. Don't know exactly why, maybe not passing the writing test?
