After a few weeks I was invited to a virtual call with a member of the EY recruitment team. This interview focused on your motivation, relevant experiences, and suitability for the role.There was no assessment center at all, may be just because it was a graduate trainee role. The final stage is a final interview with senior members of the team you will be joining. During this interview, I was asked more detailed questions about my experiences, skills, and suitability for the role. There were no real technical questions during the interview process.
