Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by an employee. A recruiter and I exchanged a few emails. I go to a non-target, so there was no on-campus interview opportunity. All I could get was a phone interview.
The interview was short. Mostly stuff like: "Why accounting?" "Why audit?" "What relevant classes have I taken?" "Why Houston?" and a few questions about me. It lasted about 15 minutes.
