Please describe the interview / hiring process.
EY interviews are mainly competency based. They one on one interview is the first stage after clearing the online application screening and online tests. The interview consists of 45 mins with a Senior Manager who asks you a bunch of motivation questions and a bunch of skills based questions including stuff like whats your biggest weakness. If the candidate clears this, then he/she is invited for an Assessment Centre and subsequently a Partner Interview. The AC consists of a group exercise, a report writing task and on site testing of the same tests the candidate takes online. The Partner Interview is more like an Airport Test, where they are trying to get a general idea about you as a person and what the real motivation is for you to join the firm.
They are quite quick and responsive in terms of getting back to candidates with results of interviews and ACs.
