Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pre-cycle recruiting process that comes from the Career Compass program - gives students a head-start at recruiting. Got the interview because I was referred by an employee who I met during the Career Compass program.
Process is otherwise the same as the typical summer vacationer on-cycle process. You do a group case study (fairly easy) and then a 1-1. My 1-1 was particularly hard, whereas others just had normal conversations.
