Firstly, I was ushered into an office where I was asked to complete an essay. I was supposed to write on conflict management skills.
After I completed it within the stipulated timeframe of 30 minutes, I was told to go to a room to have my interview.
My essay wasn't collected or read and I was left to bring it home.
