Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After completing the initial assessments they quickly scheduled a phone interview. This was with HR and covered basic why EY, why this position, tell me about yourself, kind of things. Following this interview I was told I'd passed and would be contacted about an assessment. About a month later they rescinded this because of over hiring. Then another month later another email said they could give me one at very late notice. The assessment center was comprised of a group assessment with other interviewees looking at values, and an individual assessment checking communication/time management. Finally I had a partner interview. This was almost exclusively behavioral, very standard stuff.
