Tax Consultant Intern

My interview at the Thessaloniki Office in Greece, was sponsored by the university I was attending. I applied both as a Financial Analyst Intern and as a Tax Consultant but due to my previous experience as an Accountant the firm decided to terminate my first application and moved forward only with the application as a Tax Consultant Intern. A couple of days later, I was contacted via phone by a HR member of the company from the Athens office. We set up a date for the virtual interview and hung up. Later on, in the only interview that took place, the HR member, asked me a few questions on my previous work at an accounting firm, and tried to gauge up my experience and exposure to clients and what services I rendered. After I explained in detail the work I had done, forming financial statements, and filling VAT tax forms, she asked me info on my academic performance. At that time I was at my 3rd year in the university and Ihad passed every accounting module with flying colors. This was enough for the interview. She thanked me for my time and approximately a week later I got a phone call with the offer.
