Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contacted by the recruiter before graduation. My target school provided the names and contacts of top students to the firm. I had one HR interview, one panel interview and business modeling test. The interviews were about your fit to the firm and your communication skills and you understanding the work in the firm and the culture of the firm.
The business modeling test was done in laptop where you need to complete a business model for three hours. The analytic part was pretty average but the excel skills for newly graduate students is difficult. But you will learn this when you started working.
Overall, the interviewers are friendly and are there to know you better.
