Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I met the EY representative during presentation in my college. I networked and dropped off my resume.
I received a phone interview first with a manager. After the phone interview I received an invitation for a final round at the office. During the final round 1 talked with 3 managers. They asked mostly fit questions since I did not have experience in this area of accounting.
I received a call with the offer an hour after the interviews. I accepted the offer immediately.
