B) Assessment Center
1. EY Presentation (1 hour)
Presentation by a partner covering all aspects of EY.
2. Individual Interview with a Senior Manager (1 hour)
Fit part:
Introduce yourself (TMAY).
Questions about your previous experiences.
Why Transaction Services (TS)?
Why EY?
Why TS industries?
What is due diligence?
What adjustments are you familiar with?
Technical part:
The senior manager asks you to choose a company and assumes they are requesting a TS mandate.
What documents would you request from the CFO? Why?
What questions would you ask the CFO? What information do you need before starting work on the case?
During the due diligence, what types of adjustments do you expect to encounter? Why?
3. Group Interview (45 minutes)
Exactly as described in previous comments.
Several days later, invitation to an interview with a partner.
