What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was let known that the TAS team are lacking the headcount; I emailed the V&BM Director directly and arranged the interview.

The interview consisted of completely drilling down on the CV. 'How can you help the team?'; 'How else?' were the persistent questions asked throughout the interview. No technicals were asked. I was lucky in that I feel I was hired purely based on the experience in the area that the team were doing mass amount of deals in at that time. Pleasant experience and an incredible (prospective) boss / interviewer.
