After resume screening, the company invited about 20 shortlisted candidates for an in-person paper-based exam that tested problem-solving and finance skills.

About two weeks later they got in touch to schedule in-person 1-1 interviews with company executives. I was interviewed by the 8 partners - these interviews focused more on soft skills, with only 1 one of them diving into technical portion.
