Received the hiring information from a alumnus who works at the division I am applying for. Send my resume directly to the recruiter at the firm and after the initial phone screening, got into the final panel interview. Two rounds of panel interviews, met with directors and senior analysts from teams within the Risk Management Division. The interviewers did not prepare enough or read your resumes before the interview actually, they asked challenges questions regarding your past experiences on the resume and be ready to explain every detail you have done in your previous projects. My suggestions are don't spend too much time on specific MBS knowledge preparations, think questions in a risk management way and really know you resume. Some interviewers are happy to see you stuck in a certain questions I feel, definitely be aware of that, defend yourself but in a non-agressive way.
