Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for the position through OCR. The on campus interview was one on one with a manager. Basic behavior questions along with why Fannie Mae, what do we do, how do we make money. On site interviews were 4 1 on 1 45 min interviews. Mostly behavioral/situational. Some very basic accounting/finance technicals. The superday was last week and they said the would let us know this week.
