1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
GS Sec Div Superday was 3 one on one interviews with associates and higher. Each asked two situational (not behavioral) questions that were super easy to answer. Then we talked about my resume and I just ended up asking a lot of questions. Not one technical question at all; I think they just wanted someone who wasn't too boring and could talk the talk.
