Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews including being flown to Google Headquarters. The first round was behavioral and background. The second round was "brain teaser" with someone in India. The question was how many pregnant women are there in Washington DC. The third and final round was at Google with 2 main team members / directors. They asked me case study questions on strategy. Also asked me about Google's business model. Very harsh questioning that I felt the interviewers were incorrect in their discussion. They also focused on semantics and terminology.
