What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR first scheduled two rounds of phone interviews.
If there are bad feedbacks in both interviews, you are rejected.
If either one of the interview is bad, you get a third phone interview.
Then HR will send the data to a hiring committee (HC). This usually takes 2 weeks or so.
After you pass the HC, you are in the pool. Depending on your resume, this process can take up to 3 months.
Mine was around 2 weeks.
