Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed through the summer "Grow with Grant" program. After passing a phone interview, I was accepted into a 3 day program in which we visited NY and learned about the company and the audit profession. At the conclusion of the program, we interviewed with a Senior Manager and a Partner. None of the interviews were technical in nature, and were completely fit oriented. The partner gave me a really candid view of the firm and was willing to discuss capital structure and partnership equity, which was refreshing compared to most Big 4 firms.
