Business Advisory Services Associate

I applied to the job posting for their Business Advisory Services Associate position through my school's career website. I heard back about 2 weeks after applying (during my spring break) that I was selected for an on campus 1st round interview. I met with one of the Directors in the Business Advisory Services. The interview was behavioral, no curveballs or technical questions. My interviewer seemed genuinely interested in my background (engineering) as he had a similar technical background before working at Grant Thornton. I heard back ~2-3 weeks later that I was selected for a final round in their office. I met with two people separately, one was a partner and I don't remember the position of my other interviewer. Both those interviews went well and were behavioral where they just wanted to get more information about my past work experiences and my motivation for switching from and engineering degree to business and consulting.
