1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did first round interview through campus recruiting. Mostly behavioral, some discussion of current market trends. Invited to superday 2 weeks later. Process was very smooth. 5 interviews in a row with various VPs, all very focused on your story and why investments. Some discussion of market trends. After 5 interviews were complete, we were invited to lunch and the candidates informally answered questions about yourself/markets with the rest of the firm.
