Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Personality Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1: Online Test - 1 hr to complete 15 questions. Mix of probability, brain teasers, and pattern recognition
Round 2: One-way video interview - Answer mix of behavioral and probability questions on video within a limited time frame.
Round 3: Phone interview with a non technical recruiter - Mostly probability questions relating to Bayes rule, but the recruiter did not have a technical background, so I thought it was kind of weird
Round 4: Video interview with a trader - Optimizing the strategy for a game
Round 5: Final interview with 3 technical rounds, 1 behavioral - Mostly looking at data, coming up with strategies, and explaining a math formula.
