Graduate Trader

The interview process consisted of 4 steps. First, several a neurolympics game, which are a collection of online games measuring your speed and memory among other things. Second an interview with the recruiter, with questions about my motivation (What do we do, Why trading, Why trading at IMC and not anywhere else, ..) and some basic brainteasers you can find online. The final step is a superday consisting of three interviews. One market making interview, one quantitative/technical questions interview with harder brainteasers/probability questions, and one more in depth motivational interview.
