Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- 1. Neurolympics test: IA test designed to profile based on capacity of different brain areas.
-2. One-way interview: Two questions; one motivational for applying, one small brain teaser. You get a couple of minutes to prepare the answer and a couple to respond.
-3. Interview with HR through Zoom: Behavioural/Motivation, basic questions about market making and options. One brain teaser. Didn't progress from here.
-4. Last round is a superday, also through Zoom. You're supposed to have 5 hours of different interviews with HR and traders.
