1st step was online test (statistics, mathematics, brainteasers)
2nd step was online one-sided recorded interview (basic behavioural questions and explanations of a few statistical theorems)
3rd step was a one-on-one with a quant. This is usually solving a puzzle that they came up with. Need to explain thoughts and get as far as possible.
