Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first part of the interview process was to complete an online test from neurolympics. This test consisted of a lot of gamified questions (multiple choice, speed games, etc) and after it ended i got back a report from neurolympics about my results. the report was more than explanatory and had some skills for each section of the brain (some may be good at memory, and not with accuracy etc). Then I got an email to proceed to an online video interview (similar to hirevue) and after one or two questions about myself I got one technical question about a uniform distribution problem (simple question, 3 different people, 3 outcomes, how many possibilities does X to happen)
