Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via OCR, and was immediately sent to take two online tests. Both measured IQ/aptitude, with set time limits. About a month later, given access to record an online video interview, where you had 4-5 questions and had to record yourself talking to a camera. A few months later, I finally went onsite, and had 4 rounds of group interviews. The process was very long and disconnected - it was clear they had other candidates they wanted more.
