IQ / Intelligence Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round was an IQ test on neurolympics set to determine your reaction speed, working memory and composure. Make sure to have a good nights sleep before taking it.
This was followed by a numerical test of 15 questions, mainly probability ones, related to coin tossing, combinations.
Second round is a recorded video interview with one motivational question and one probability question. In my case knowledge of Markov Chains could have helped in solving it quickly and neatly.
