1 round on-campus (mix of fit and quantitative/technical), then some online quantitative multiple-choice tests.
Then a 2-day event at the Chicago office. First day was a meet and greet, along with a small trading simulation which was an exercise in options market-making. 2nd day was 5 30min interviews with a mix of HR, coding, finance and general intelligence interviews.
