Interview Questions
Some of the STAR questions threw me off, wish I reviewed those before the second round, spent a lot of time thinking of the perfect story but could've been so easy if I just reviewed

Applied online via Linkedin. Received an email to take a Pymetrics assessment. From there, several weeks after submitting my assessment, I was reached out to for an interview. Spoke with a hiring manager and then the VP of Market Operations of my area. From there, had a group interview with several brokers in the office I would be working within. Received my offer letter 1 hour after the conclusion of the final interview.
Interview Questions
Interview was overall very easy. Some very basic questions on what side of brokerage you would want to work in (tenant rep or agency). Overall, the interview was entirely behavior. Why real estate, interests within real estate, experience with real estate, why JLL, etc. No technical questions at all.

Interview
Very fluid interview/hiring process. Interviewed with the Industrial Brokerage team in Pittsburgh and HR communication was very good. Met with three different teams to determine fit and ability to mesh with members. Everyone in the office is great and very reasonable. Not very technical in terms of interview content -- mostly behavioral and conversational. They will ask general knowledge in regards to Real Estate but don't stress if you are not too knowledgeable on the subject. Give a logical answer and show them you are able to think through a question and come up with a reasonable, logical answer.
Interview Questions
Give us your overall knowledge of the real estate industry and what the market looks like right now, Do you have experience working within a team in a professional setting? Educational setting?, Can you tell me anything about cap rates?

Group Interview
Interview
The team was looking to hire students from the campus and offer them internship positions and if the hired individual were to perform up to the mark, they would be offered full time positions.
The interview was conducted in two stages. Firstly a group discussion about a general topic and your opinions about that general topic. The group size was 5 and 2 interviewees were removed at that point. The remaining candidates would have to give a personal, to a panel of 3.
The interview went on for about 30 minutes with conversations about the company, the job profile, why the candidate is interested in the job and future ambitions. There were a few technical questions as well. Other parts of the conversation also included your knowledge about the city and the ease with which you can navigate in and around the city
Interview Questions
While all questions were uniquely difficult and unexpected, there was one such question that stood out. One of the panelist asked me, why was I maintaining a beard. He went on to emphasize how if he were to offer me a position at his firm, I would have to have a clean shaved face.
