Pretty straightforward - found a recruiter on LinkedIn and reached out, also followed-up a couple times until he could finally chat with me. Very easy going, he liked the fact that I kept reaching out, even though they were not recruiting from my school, and was asked to come into the office for a 1 on 1 interview with either a person from HR/Recruiting (who I ended up meeting with) or a manager to partner-level interviewer.
The questions in the 1 on 1 interview was almost completely off my resume, with a handful of "tell me about a time when..." and other behavioral questions. Took 30-45 minutes overall.
