Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step to the interview process in fall 2021 was a hire view for the role. here, you needed to hit why PB, why JPM etc. Once that was done, there was a super day which was 3, 45 minute interviews with different groups in the location. This was all done virtual this year and you are able to see who you are competing against before the SuperDay begins in the waiting room.
