First Round: Interview over the phone with HR. They ask you to describe your resume, describe past grades, general interests, why K1, why private equity
Second Round: First, SAT/ACT type assessment test. Test includes reading passages and answering quantitative and qualitative questions, as well as vocabulary fill in the blanks. This section is timed so you need to be prepared to move quickly. Second, is an untimed fit questionnaire where you fill in the blanks of what you would do in a certain situation or what words/scenario most describes you.
