Investment Banking Analyst

I had a resume, cover letter, and transcript submission through OCR. I did a one-on-two interview at our career services office, then was invited to Chicago for a super day. During the super day there were ~30 students, mostly from midwest schools (Illinois, Michigan, Notre Dame, etc.) interviewing for 10 spots. The night before the interview we were taken out for dinner and out for drinks at a Chicago club. The next morning interviews started at 8. I heard that a few students eliminated themselves from the running at the club the night before by being noticeably drunk so that is something to think about if interviewing there. The interviews were pretty standard- eight one-on-one or one-on-two interviews, with everyone from analysts to MDs followed by lunch. One of the coolest things about Lincoln is that once I received an offer, they flew me back out to Chicago and four bankers took me out for dinner at a local steakhouse. After dinner they took me and another prospective analyst out to a bar, which was a lot of fun and almost swayed my decision.
