Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted by recruiter and interviewd with both VPs and Associates during a 3 hr process. Getting the interview setup and coordinating schedules went well. Everyone was nice and professional. They were in no need to fill a position, but just interviewing local candidates to get a sense of the local talent. Firm typically hires straight out of B school and focuses on folks with a connection to NE. Overall was a fine experience, but they definately didn't seem like they had any intention of hiring anyone.
