First I was invited to take a multiple choice case test in the Buenos Aires McKinsey office. We were about 12 people, but I know they did several rounds. I passed that part of the process and was invited to a pre-interviews meeting. We were about 16 people and a couple of McKinsey current employees told us about the Case interview methodology and about the company in general. We actually discussed two cases in group.
A week later I went to the interviews. I had two one-on-one interviews, about 30% in english and 70% in spanish.
I received a feedback call that same date. I did very well in the first case interview, but the second one was jus average...
