Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I called McKinsey & Co. during my lunch break to inquire about a role that I felt was suitable for my background, but more so to see the length of experience necessary.

After getting an answer back and submitting my information over, they decided to continue the interview process.

1) August 5th- 1st line of contact

2) August 12th- HR lady contacted me

3) August 14th- 1st Phone Interview(background/spec/compensation)

4th) August 19th- 2nd Phone Interview(technical, what I could bring to the team, where we could advance this role, why are you interested?)

5th) August 28th- PST(studied like a mad man)

6th) September 6th- Case Interview One(M&A case which was simple to disect-- gentleman who worked me was super cooperative and made me feel at home for my very first Case Interview)

7th) September 14th- Case Interview Two(Profitability case-- little more difficult, I'm not 100% set on Profitability cases..it's either Revenue or Costs(F or V), or market share. I got it to that point and apparently asked great questions but I could not wrap it up and that was my final leg.
