Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Started off with a casual phone conversation - for high potential candidates to understand the firm better (which the interviewer also evaluates the candidates in the call despite the emphasis on "no stupid question"). Then there is 2 round of on campus case interview question; followed by a paper test. The final round consists of 3-5 more rounds, where you get to meet with consultants at different level (engagement manager to senior partner)
