Business Analyst

The on-campus recruiting process consists of two stages:
1. After resume submission, a list of candidates is selected for first round interviews. You get assigned a coach (a current business analyst) and they can give you a mock case interview. There are 2 interviewers, and they take 1 hour each. One half is a resume interview, the other half is a case interview. There is also a problem solving test that is long and a number of people don't finish in the time given. They also ask you to rank your office preference and role preference (i.e. generalist versus business technology).

2. The second round is at the office. I either had 3 or 4 interviews, and they were 45-minutes each. They were mostly case interviews (plus a couple resume / background questions). One was a role play? (It might have been a new format they were testing.)
