I got the interview by referral. The process from application to tests took about a month. A week before I was informed of the upcoming tests and given preparation materials. The test are very specific and nothing as easy as BCG or Bain. So do practice those. At first I got 50-60% range and by the end of the week got to 70-80% average. I advise some research to get the FRAME for each question type.

After the tests, given that you are successful, you'll be offered a training. I strongly advise to take part to boost your self esteem and understand the frame on how to approach personal fit questions. There will be three intrviewees ranging from sen. associate to EM.

Do prepare for both fit and cases well in advance. And also get your nerves in order because that was the issue that costed me the interview. Talk to somebody beforehand, be confident, TAKE TIME if you need it, its ok.
